Heichal Hatarbut is fully committed to providing accessible and equitable service to persons with a disability.
For your convenience Heichal Hatarbut has designated seats for persons with a disability. These seats are marked on the seating maps of the venue halls. The maps can be found on the Heichal Hatarbut website and the websites of the various ticket offices.
Individuals with a disability must inform the ticket office handling the event that they use a wheelchair and have an accompanying individual. The accompanier will be seated in a mobile chair.
The ticket office must inform Heichal Hatarbut.

Lowy Hall
Accessible seats designated for persons using a wheelchair and accompanying individuals:
Hall: Row 1 seats 7-8 | 15-16 | 27-28 | 35-36
Huberman Gallery: seats 8-13
Gan Yaakov Gallery: seats 33-38

Zucker Hall

It is the responsibility of the ticket office to reserve seats for persons with a disability based on inquiries received up to one week prior to the event.
Seats for persons with a disability and their accompaniers are at a charge.

The Heichal Hatarbut Tel Aviv complex was recently made accessible to persons with a disability according to the law.
To ensure physical accessibility, elevators, accessible stairs, handrails, accessible bathrooms and other physical means were installed.
Furthermore, accessible information counters are available for individuals with a physical or sensory disability.

For persons with a sensory disability Heichal Hatarbut offers an auditory information system, accessible direction signage, auditory systems and earphones for the hard of hearing (earphones are available at the counter located at the entrance to the Hall and require a deposit).

Heichal Hatarbut ushers will be glad to assist persons with a disability on any issue that may arise.
